TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE G2NET NIGERIA PARTNER PROGRAM
Eligibility:
a. Any individual or entity over the age of 18 may apply to become a partner.
b. Company may reject any application in its sole discretion.
Partner Responsibilities:
a. Partner agrees to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to Partner's participation in the Program.
b. Partner agrees to act ethically and not engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate.
c. Partner is responsible for all of its own expenses in connection with its participation in the Program.
d. Partner agrees to keep confidential all confidential information provided by Company or any third-party in connection with the Program.
Commissions:
a. Partner will receive commissions on sales generated through Partner's unique ID.
b. Commissions are calculated based on the terms outlined in the Partner agreement.
c. Partner will be paid commissions on a weekly basis.
d. Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time in its sole discretion.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
b. Company may immediately terminate this Agreement and withhold all commissions if Partner violates any provision of this Agreement, engages in any activity that could damage Company's reputation, or engages in any fraudulent activity.
c. Upon termination, Partner must immediately cease all use of Company's trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.
Indemnification:
a. Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its subsidiaries from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of Partner's participation in the Program.
Limitation of Liability:
a. Company and its subsidiaries will not be liable to Partner for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
Governing Law:
a. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of federal republic of Nigeria.
Entire Agreement:
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
